In this installment, chef Justin Warner welcomes host / interviewer / writer / podcaster / creator of stuff Josh Horowitz to create a (super deep-cut) Heathrow Vance-inspired X-Ray Tuna Noodle Casserole in honor of Marvel's 80th Anniversary celebration.

Professor Heathrow Vance, known as the Great Video, was granted X-Ray vision after an explosion in his lab. His normal run-of-the-mill X-Ray vision allowed him to see through clothes, walls, and vaults with lots of monies. However, prolonged exposure to his dastardly stare would prove fatal.

Heathrow Vance-Inspired X-Ray Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:

• Seared sushi grade tuna
• Cooked and cooled lasagna noodles (flat noodles with frilly edge)
• Béchamel sauce, cooled
• Pea puree, cooled

Directions:

• Start by using your x-ray vision to stare through a tuna noodle casserole to see its component parts.
• Flatten noodles and add a smear of Béchamel Sauce (sing-songing optional).
• Slice tuna down the middle and smash it thin.
• Place the tuna atop the sauced noodle, and add a dollop of pea puree (not wasabi).
• Roll the deconstructed tuna noodle casserole tightly and cut in half.
• Serve facing up like a pair of creepy x-ray eyes.
