Very little is known about the women known as Appraiser. She was first seen on the island nation of Genosha, after the terrible Sentinels attacked the island and slaughtered the majority of its mutant population. The Appraiser was allied with the swash buckling Stripmine and his treasure hunting trolls. Her job was to determine the value of the mutants that Stripmine, and his trolls were collecting as they pillaged the devastated island nation.
