Earth-295’s shape-shifting mutant Morph is a member of Magneto's X-Men and becomes one of its most beloved members.
Shape-Shifter
Morph can alter his molecules, changing his shape, size and appearance at will. His transformations seem near limitless. His shape-shifting abilities extend to mimicking inanimate objects.
Deadly Enemies
Apocalypse, his son Holocaust, and the Horseman Death are Morph’s most fearsome foes whom he battles alongside the X-Men.
Mutant Allies
Morph’s insane sense of humor often irritates his X-Men teammates, most notably Victor Creed, AKA Sabretooth, but the team grows to appreciate him.
Shifting the Tides
When Clarice Ferguson, AKA Blink, began to lose confidence in her role as an X-Man, Morph changed into Sabretooth and managed to give her the assurance to transport the team to the Blue Area of the Moon to fight the Horseman Death and defeat him.
After a reconnaissance mission by Blink and Sunfire, Morph and the rest of the X-Men learned that the human cullings had begun once more with Apocalypse's son Holocaust personally carrying them out. Morph joined Rogue's team of X-Men in Chicago to evacuate as many humans as possible and stop Holocaust. When Wild Child was attacked by Infinites, Morph changed into Holocaust to deceive the Infinites long enough for Sunfire to kill them. Wild Child, unable to speak, licked Rogue in order for her to absorb his memories and to inform her of the danger Sabretooth was in. Sneaking into the Infinite processing plant, Morph and the rest of the X-Men managed to rescue some prisoners and destroy the plant, preventing further Infinites from being processed. During the battle with Holocaust, Rogue was hurt and Morph, as a means to get her interest, changed to Rogue's son, Charles Lensherr. Doing the trick, Rogue, Morph and the rest of the team managed to defeat Holocaust and rescue Sabretooth.
Shortly afterwards, Morph joined the rest of the X-Men in the final battle with Apocalypse. Morph and the X-Men then helped humanity rebuild post-Apocalypse America and hunted down the remainder of his followers. During the following year, Morph, Exodus, Iceman and Wild Child vanished while undertaking a secret mission.
