Typhon was the last of the Titans, son of Mother Earth,
Gaea and Father Hell, Tartarus, in his birth form he was the largest monster that ever lived. He was set upon the Olympians in revenge for the murder of his race. Typhon instilled fear in the famed Olympians, leading them to flee to Egypt and hide as animals. Only the brave Athena, daughter of
Zeus stood tall and rallied the Olympians into battle against Typhon. However, it was mighty Zeus himself that ended the confrontation, by dropping Mount Etna atop the monstrous Titan sealing him within Tartartus with the rest of his brethren.
